As president and CEO, Tim believes that the strength of the
O&T team is its people. A fellow of Quantum Shift at the
Ivey School of Business, he is active in industry organizations
and in the community. He has been a member of TEC (The
Executive Committee) since 2002 and is currently a director
of Canadian Western Agribition and chairs Enterprise
Saskatchewan's Agri-value Sector committee. He also
serves as a director of the Saskatchewan Trade and Export
Partnership (STEP) and is chair of the Farm Animal Council of
Saskatchewan (FACS).
Responsible for the operations at O&T Farms, Elan's 17-
year history with O&T coupled with her strong financial
background ensure seamless transition throughout all
departments. She holds an MBA from the Kenneth Levene
School of Business, University of Regina.
With 25 years in the Canadian feed industry, Al McKim brings invaluable
experience and perspective to the O&T team. His achievements in senior
management, sales and marketing have cemented his reputation as a
trustworthy, knowledgeable resource in the livestock and poultry feed
sectors. Al holds a B.Sc.Ag from the University of Guelph.
