Len Underwood Retires

It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing the retirement of our friend Len Underwood. Len has been with us for over 30 years and has provided us with his expertise in numerous areas of our company. From the inception of the feed mill to project management in the middle east to overall nutritional consulting in our operations here and in the Bahamas, Len has delivered and maintained a high level of professionalism for our company.

As one of the founding partners in Oleet Processing, his contribution enabled us to establish ourselves in the feed industry as a credible supplier of feed components in Canada, the U.S. and overseas. Len’s contribution to our team has positioned us well to meet the opportunities that we are now facing as we contemplate new partnerships and distribution agreements in the U.S. and around the globe.

We look forward to continuing to work with Len in his role as a consultant to our company as he transitions into a new phase of his life. Be assured, we will begin to plan a whale of a retirement party when spring arrives. Personally, I want to thank Len for all the support he has given me over the years. From the first days that we worked together at the feed mill through my father’s passing and into our new ventures, he has been a consistent support and I will miss that.
